Our Wineries/Breweries

By opening the doors to Childress Vineyards in 2004, NASCAR team owner Richard Childress fulfilled a longtime dream that grew from the days when he first began racing in California and visited wineries with friends. What began as camaraderie and good times soon became an engaging passion for world-class wines and then the vision to build a world-class winery.

Chateau Morrisette Winery is Southwest Virginia’s premier destination for award-winning wine and refined rustic dining. The winery produces sweet and semisweet wines, fruit wines, and premium dry and off-dry Virginia varietal wines, while the restaurant specializes in fresh and delicious New American cuisine.

Mountain Valley Brewing’s unique beers are brewed using hops grown on-site, as well as other ingredients sourced locally such as honey, fruit, grain and barley, from other Virginia-based farmers for the ultimate in freshness and taste.
